These classes are slower-paced and low-intensity. They may require some yoga knowledge but they are gentle, relaxing, and rejuvenating.

A hybrid Vinyasa and Restorative class, Flow and Restore gives you the best of both worlds. Enjoy a slow flow to ease into your practice and work away the stress, then settle in for a series of divine Restorative poses to reset your nervous system and deeply relax your body.
A hybrid Vinyasa and meditation class, Meditation Flow gives you the best of both worlds. Enjoy a gentle flow to ease into your practice, then settle in for a guided meditation.Meditation Flow will allow you to relax your body and unwind your mind, setting you up for a more balanced and clear-thinking rest of your day.
Energy Flow is a gentle Vinyasa flow infused with the grounding, balancing, and calming effects of EMYoga® (or Energy Medicine Yoga). During this relaxing practice we will use techniques such as tapping, self-massage, and reflex point holds to access and incorporate the many energy systems EMYoga® utilizes alongside gentle yoga postures and calming breathing techniques.
Gentle classes are the first step into the beautiful, flowing feeling of Vinyasa yoga. These classes are low-impact and slower-paced, great for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. Learn the fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga including breathwork, transitions, proper alignment, and how to modify poses and use props to build confidence in your practice.
Chair yoga is a gentle, fun, accessible practice for all ages and bodies. In this class we weave together traditional yoga poses with functional and strength-building movements to strengthen our muscles, gain body awareness, and find better balance. Students remain mostly seated during the class, but will stand for supported balance practice and more advanced flows.
