Tarot School is a four-part series led by our tarot expert, Karen Riccio, that breaks down the rich and intricate layers of tarot, allowing everyone to walk away with a deeper understanding of the cards, their meanings, and how to read and interpret them for fun and self care.
Brand new tarot? No problem! Start from the beginning with our first workshop: Intro to Tarot and learn the basics of what tarot is and what the cards mean.
Already reading tarot but want a deeper understanding? We’ve got you covered! Workshops 2 and 3 are Deep Dives into the Major and Minor Arcana, giving you a more thorough understanding of the cards and allowing for a richer interpretation during your readings.
Our final workshop is a must for everyone—a Deep Dive into Readings. We’ll explore different types of readings—both personal readings and reading for others. We’ll practice interpreting cards and weaving symbols together to create a meaningful reading.
Individual workshops are $25 each. Sign up for three and save $15. Sign up for all four workshops for only $80 and receive a Tarot School pocket journal plus a private one-on-one session with Karen.
Deep Dive: Readings
This class will go into detail on combining the meanings of cards, different types of reading offerings and how to perform them for yourself and others. The intention of this class is to encourage you to feel comfortable and confident offering readings and trusting your intuition to allow any messages that arise to be heard.
Deep Dive: The Minors
This class will take a close look at the minor arcana line of the tarot deck. We will discuss in detail the meaning of the suits and the different ways they can show up in life, as well as ways to combine the cards to weave the story of your reading. This class will help you create a deeper connection to the lower line of cards and encourage your intuitive sense of the cards and their meanings.
Deep Dive: The Majors
This class will take a close look at the major arcana line of the tarot deck. We will look at the storyline of the major arcana and create a deeper connection and meaning to each card in the line. After this class you’ll have a higher understanding and be able to create a stronger intuitive connection to the meanings of these cards as they come up in readings.
Introduction to Tarot
This introduction to tarot workshop will help get you acquainted with the cards and their use for mental health and mindfulness. During this workshop you’ll learn what tarot is, how to use it, and how to choose a deck. In addition, we’ll briefly cover the cards and how to build their meanings based on the major arcana, minor arcana, astrology, suits and numerology.
The intention of this workshop is to create a comfortable space for you to be curious, ask questions, and explore the world of tarot.
